We’ve led the Subscription Economy for more than a decade. Now we’re evolving again by building the definitive platform for quote to cash and helping companies monetize their products and services with an adaptable, AI-ready foundation.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a North America Field Marketer to lead the planning and execution of integrated field marketing programs that support sales priorities, account engagement, pipeline, and customer growth.

This role will own a portfolio of programs, including executive events, partner activations, webinars, tradeshows, and customer engagements, from strategy and initial brief through planning, execution, follow-up, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on marketer who can translate business and account priorities into effective regional programs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.

Reporting to the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, this is a remote position with occasional travel for onsite event support and in-person meetings as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Lead North America field marketing programs: Develop and execute regional plans aligned to business priorities, Sales objectives, target accounts, partner opportunities, and customer growth goals.
  • Own program strategy and execution: Manage a portfolio of executive events, webinars, trade shows, partner activations, and customer programs from initial brief through planning, execution, follow-up, and performance reporting.
  • Drive account and Sales alignment: Partner with Sales and Business Development to identify priority accounts, define audiences, and build engagement plans that support pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, expansion, and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate stakeholders: Partner with Sales, executives, cross-functional marketing teams, and external agencies to support strategic partners, coordinate joint programs, and deliver high-quality regional activations.
  • Lead program operations and investment: Manage vendors, venues, registration, attendee tracking, lead capture, timelines, purchase orders, and budgets within established guidelines.
  • Use marketing and Sales technology: Leverage Salesforce, Marketo, Knak, Outreach, and related tools to improve targeting, program effectiveness, and follow-up.
  • Measure and optimize performance: Track registration, attendance, engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, and other program outcomes; share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Improve field marketing execution: Build repeatable processes, proactively identify opportunities to improve program quality, and raise the consistency of stakeholder communication and follow-up.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or a related B2B marketing role, with demonstrated ownership of integrated programs from strategy through follow-up.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute regional or segment-based field marketing plans aligned to business priorities, Sales objectives, and account strategies.
  • Experience planning and executing complex B2B programs, including executive, customer, partner, sponsored, and other field marketing events.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales and Business Development teams to translate account priorities into audience, invitation, and engagement strategies, including experience with ABM and contact targeting.
  • Experience managing vendors, external partners, event logistics, budgets, purchase orders, and multiple concurrent programs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, and similar CRM, marketing automation, or campaign management platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to influence without authority, exercise sound judgment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events and team or stakeholder meetings.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
