O que você fará por aqui

  • Desenvolvimento de ponta: Desenvolver soluções backend com foco em alta performance, segurança e escalabilidade para nossos sistemas de core bancário.
  • APIs de excelência: Projetar, implementar e documentar APIs robustas, garantindo total aderência às melhores práticas de mercado.
  • Arquitetura e Inovação: Contribuir ativamente para a arquitetura de microsserviços, propondo melhorias contínuas e explorando novas soluções técnicas.
  • Cultura DevOps: Definir e aprimorar pipelines de CI/CD, promovendo automação ponta a ponta (desde os testes até os deploys) em ambientes AWS.
  • Qualidade de Código: Garantir uma alta cobertura de testes (unitários, de integração e de performance), além de atuar como guardião(ã) da qualidade técnica das entregas.
  • Mentoria e Colaboração: Participar e liderar sessões de code review, fomentando a excelência técnica e ajudando na disseminação de conhecimento dentro do time.

O que esperamos que você saiba

  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento backend utilizando Go (Golang).
  • Cloud & Infra: Domínio de recursos AWS, especialmente EKS/Fargate, bancos de dados relacionais, DynamoDB, filas, tópicos e API Gateway.
  • Containers: Conhecimento avançado em containers Docker e orquestração.
  • APIs: Capacidade comprovada de projetar, construir e consumir APIs RESTful seguras e de alta performance.
  • Testes & CI/CD: Prática constante em automação de testes (unitários, integrados e de performance) e vivência na gestão de pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Observabilidade: Familiaridade com conceitos e ferramentas de observabilidade em ambientes cloud (logs, métricas e tracing distribuído).

O que seria muito legal se você soubesse

  • Experiência prévia trabalhando com sistemas financeiros, meios de pagamento ou core bancário.
  • Vivência sólida com arquiteturas orientadas a eventos (Event-Driven) e uso de mensagerias como Kafka, SQS ou SNS.
  • Conhecimento aprofundado em segurança para APIs críticas (OAuth2, rate limiting, validações avançadas).
  • Experiência na implantação e manutenção de ambientes altamente disponíveis e resilientes na AWS.
  • Participação ativa em comunidades técnicas ou contribuição para projetos Open Source relacionados ao ecossistema de Go ou AWS.
