Buscamos uma pessoa estagiária com perfil curioso, analítico e investigativo para atuar na vanguarda da Inteligência Artificial Generativa. Você fará parte de um time focado em explorar, testar e configurar soluções inovadoras baseadas em IA para otimizar processos e criar novos produtos digitais. Se você gosta de entender como a tecnologia funciona na prática, quer aprender a criar agentes de IA e deseja transformar testes e dados em conhecimento estruturado, este desafio é para você!

O que você fará por aqui

  • Apoiar pesquisas aplicadas e experimentações focadas no uso de Inteligência Artificial Generativa.
  • Auxiliar na configuração e parametrização de agentes de IA baseados em bases de conhecimento e dados estruturados.
  • Executar testes práticos, funcionais e comportamentais em plataformas de IA generativa e modelos de linguagem (LLMs).
  • Organizar, documentar e estruturar os resultados de experimentos, hipóteses e respostas geradas pelos modelos.
  • Colaborar ativamente no levantamento, tratamento básico e entendimento de dados para análise de performance dos agentes.
  • Consolidar e analisar feedbacks de usuários para propor melhorias contínuas nas interações com a IA.

O que esperamos que você saiba

  • Estar cursando graduação em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas (com previsão de formação a partir de 2027).
  • Disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas diárias.
  • Entendimento conceitual básico sobre o funcionamento de Inteligência Artificial Generativa e Agentes de IA.
  • Noções de utilização de plataformas, ferramentas ou interfaces de IA generativa (ex: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita, facilidade para seguir instruções técnicas e disciplina para documentar processos.
  • Raciocínio lógico estruturado para análise primária de dados e solução de problemas.

O que seria legal se você soubesse

  • Experiência prévia (em projetos pessoais, acadêmicos ou cursos) na criação e configuração de fluxos em plataformas low-code/no-code (ex: Flowise, Langflow, Dify, OpenAI GPTs, Make, etc.).
  • Conhecimentos conceituais sobre integração de bases de conhecimento com modelos de linguagem (conceitos de RAG / Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Familiaridade com análise básica de dados (Excel, Google Sheets ou Python básico) e consolidação de feedbacks de usuários.
