Die Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen unser HR-Team bei allgemeinen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Die Erfassung und Pflege von Personalstammdaten in unseren HR- und Zeiterfassungssystem gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen und weiteren personalrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Auch die Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Krankenkassen und Sozialversicherungsträgern gehört zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Sie sind aktuell an einer Hochschule oder Universität immatrikuliert
  • Ihr Studium absolvieren Sie im Bereich BWL, Personalmanagement oder Wirtschaftspsychologie
  • Interesse an Personalthemen und administrativen HR-Prozessen bringen Sie mit
  • Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, zuverlässig und gehen diskret mit vertraulichen Daten um
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus
  • Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie sicher
  • Als echter Teamplayer arbeiten Sie gerne mit und für Menschen
