Afin de renforcer notre équipe Prestations des assurances de personnes Ouest - PGM, au sein du service Sinistres, nous recherchons une ou un responsable d-équipe engagé(e), doté(e) d-un solide sens de l-organisation, d-un leadership fédérateur et d-une forte orientation clientèle.

Dans cette fonction, tu diriges une équipe de gestionnaires de sinistres et assures une gestion des prestations orientée vers les besoins de notre clientèle. Avec ton équipe, tu garantis un traitement des prestations maladie de qualité, clair, fiable et dans les délais. Tu participes activement à l-amélioration continue de nos processus opérationnels et collabores étroitement avec les autres équipes et départements internes, dans un environnement moderne et dynamique.

  • Organisation et répartition du travail au sein du groupe, en garantissant une répartition équitable des tâches et le respect des délais
  • Gestion de l-équipe pour l-ensemble des activités liées au cycle de vie des collaboratrices et collaborateurs : définition des objectifs en collaboration avec la ligne, évaluation annuelle des performances, identification des besoins en formation, planification et répartition du travail
  • Soutien, amélioration et mise en œuvre de processus de travail efficaces, avec une contribution active à l-optimisation des activités opérationnelles du département
  • Collaboration avec les autres départements internes afin d-identifier des solutions optimales pour notre clientèle et d-améliorer continuellement nos processus

Ton profil

  • Formation supérieure dans le domaine des assurances et excellentes compétences techniques en assurances de personnes, en particulier dans le domaine maladie
  • Expérience dans la conduite d-équipe, avec la capacité de motiver et de développer les collaboratrices et collaborateurs
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions claires et à maintenir l-orientation stratégique choisie, même dans des contextes complexes
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de communication, ainsi qu-une forte orientation clientèle
  • Maîtrise du français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit ; de bonnes connaissances de l-allemand, de l-anglais et/ou de l'italien constituent un atout.

Entrée en fonction : dès le 01.12.2026 ou à convenir

Déplacements professionnels : selon les besoins de la clientèle (rendez-vous occasionnels) et de Zurich (séances et formations)

Travail hybride : jusqu-à 40%
