The posting

Für eine neurologische Privatstation mit insgesamt 21 Betten. Sie besteht aus Einzelzimmer sowie Zweibettzimmer.

Das Team besteht derzeit aus 15 engagierten Mitarbeitenden. Besonders schön an unserer Arbeit ist, dass unsere Patientinnen und Patienten in der Regel längere Aufenthalte bei uns haben. So können wir ihre Fortschritte hautnah miterleben: Viele Patientinnen und Patienten treten bei uns als Vollpflegefall ein und verlassen die Station wieder selbstständig gehend, ein besonders erfüllender Moment.

Wir als Team sind vor allem humorvoll, empathisch und hilfsbereit - Werte, die unseren Arbeitsalltag prägen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Pflege: Du hilfst unseren Patientinnen und Patienten, den Weg zurück in ein selbstständiges Leben zu finden. Deine Arbeit hat direkten Einfluss auf den Heilungs- und Behandlungsverlauf
  • Hygiene-Service: Du erledigst anfallende hauswirtschaftliche Arbeiten nach unseren Hygienestandards selbstständig
  • *Unterstützung: *Du übernimmst weitere Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Kompetenzregelung für Assistentin / Assistent Gesundheit und Soziales

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zu Assistent/-in Gesundheit und Soziales (AGS)
  • Sprache: Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Persönlichkeit: Du zeigst ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Freude an der täglichen Arbeit und eine ausgeprägte Teamplayer-Einstellung. Zusätzlich bringst du ein freundliches und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten sowie eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit.
