Die ZURZACH Care Rehaklinik Baden-Dättwil bietet ein vielseitiges neurologisches Arbeitsumfeld an der Schnittstelle zwischen Akutmedizin und Rehabilitation auf dem Campus des Kantonsspitals Baden (KSB). Wir behandeln Patientinnen und Patienten mit komplexen neurologischen und muskuloskelettalen Erkrankungen sowie erhöhtem medizinischem Überwachungsbedarf. Die enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, die Kooperation mit dem Kantonsspital Baden und die Verbindung stationärer und ambulanter Neurologie eröffnen interessante fachliche und persönliche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Stationsführung: Medizinische Leitung einer neurologischen Rehabilitationsstation einschliesslich Supervision der Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzärzte
  • Gesprächsführung: Leitung von Gesprächen mit Patientinnen und Patienten, deren Angehörigen sowie Mitgliedern der interdisziplinären Teams
  • Rehabilitation: Leitung der Rehabilitationsplanung sowie der interdisziplinären Reha-Rapporte
  • Fort- und Weiterbildung: Mitwirkung an den hausinternen interdisziplinären Fortbildungen sowie an der strukturierten SIWF-Weiterbildung im Fachgebiet Neurologie
  • Ambulante Sprechstunde: Eigenständige Führung einer ambulanten neurologischen Sprechstunde
  • Hintergrunddienste: Teilnahme an den neurologischen Hintergrunddiensten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem KSB
  • Weiterentwicklung: Mitgestaltung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung unseres neurologischen Angebots mit der Möglichkeit, eigene Schwerpunkte einzubringen
  • Schlafmedizin (optional): Ambulante schlafmedizinische Tätigkeit in der nahen ZURZACH Care Klinik für Schlafmedizin (KSM) im Bäderquartier in Baden; Möglichkeit zum Erwerb des Fähigkeitsausweises Schlafmedizin (SGSSC)

Dein Profil

  • Qualifikationen: Facharzttitel Neurologie (SIWF) oder ein durch die MEBEKO anerkannter, gleichwertiger ausländischer Facharzttitel
  • Bewilligungen: Du besitzt eine Berufsausübungsbewilligung (BAB) oder bist bereit, diese zu beantragen; OKP-Zulassung (AG) von Vorteil
  • Sprache: Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C1
  • Erfahrung (von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung):
  • Neurologische kaderärztliche Tätigkeit

Kenntnisse in klinischer Neurophysiologie und Neurosonologie * Persönlichkeit: Du bist verantwortungsbewusst und organisationsstark und denkst wirtschaftlich und lösungsorientiert * Kommunikation: Du verfügst über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, arbeitest gerne interdisziplinär und kommunizierst stufengerecht
