Grensarbeid zoekt voor Zuyd Hogeschool in Heerlen een docent verloskunde.

Wil je met jouw ervaring in de verloskunde en je talent het beste uit de student halen om hen op te leiden en voor te bereiden op een carrière als innovatieve en kritische professional? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Als docent word je onderdeel van het docententeam binnen de academie voor Verloskunde. -We zoeken een docent voor onderwijstaken in de bachelor verloskunde en ons levenslang ontwikkelen aanbod (LLO). Het gaat in ieder geval om onderwijsactiviteiten rondom klinisch redeneren en evindence-based handelen, counseling voor prenatale en neonatale screeningen en echoscopie in de zwangerschap. -Je draagt zorg voor het zelfstandig voorbereiden en uitvoeren van het onderwijs in de bachelor. -Je verricht activiteiten in het kader van LLO door het organiseren en/of uitvoeren van cursussen aan beroepsbeoefenaren.

-Jij brengt een motivatie en drive mee om studenten te coachen en te inspireren in hun zoektocht naar kennis en de toepassing daarvan in de praktijk -Je bent breed georiënteerd op het hele vakgebied van de Verloskunde (inclusief onderzoek) -Ervaring op het gebied van verloskundig vaardigheidsonderwijs en methodologie & statistiek is een pluspunt -Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde bachelor verloskunde en een aanvullende verloskundige of onderwijskundige master heeft de voorkeur -Ideaal is als je ervaring uit de praktijk meebrengt, om het onderwijs met actuele en authentieke voorbeelden te kunnen verrijken. Bij voorkeur al ervaring in onderwijs/onderwijsontwikkeling (BDB en/of BKE geschoold) -Jij kunt makkelijk wisselen tussen de rol van leerprocesbegeleider en vak expert en jij blijft jezelf ontwikkelen als kritisch professional -Je bent een teamspeler en je hebt een open persoonlijkheid die op een respectvolle manier feedback kan geven en ontvangen.
