Als Business Developer BESS & Microgrids ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, ontwikkelen en beheren van commerciële kansen binnen energieopslag- en microgridprojecten. Hierin krijg je de vrijheid om jouw eigen creativiteit toe te passen. Je bouwt aan duurzame klantrelaties, genereert nieuwe business en begeleidt en adviseert klanten gedurende het volledige commerciële traject: van eerste contact tot contractondertekening en overdracht aan de projectorganisatie. Je vertegenwoordigt Zwart Techniek in de markt en werkt nauw samen met interne teams om klanttevredenheid, een gezonde marge en succesvolle projectrealisatie te waarborgen.

Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het:

  • Het ontwikkelen van nieuwe zakelijke kansen en het beheren en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties en
  • Actief signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en commerciële kansen binnen BESS-, microgrid- en energieprojecten.
  • Opstellen en uitwerken van offertes, inclusief technische details en prijsstellingen.
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders gedurende het gehele salesproces.
  • Voeren van contract- en prijsonderhandelingen en bewaken van commerciële en financiële voorwaarden.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van Zwart Techniek op beurzen, evenementen en netwerkbijeenkomsten.
  • Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van commerciële processen en klanttevredenheid.

Jij bent ondernemend, communicatief sterk en weet commerciële kansen te herkennen én te verzilveren. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen techniek en commercie, denkt oplossingsgericht en bouwt moeiteloos duurzame relaties op met klanten en partners.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of technische richting.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare saleservaring binnen de energiemarkt, duurzame energie, energieopslag of infrastructuur.
  • Ervaring met complexe en langdurige technische verkooptrajecten.
  • Technische basiskennis van batterijsystemen, microgrids, elektrotechniek en/of werktuigbouwkunde.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve, presentatie- en netwerkvaardigheden.
  • Een proactieve, resultaatgerichte en zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Andere talen zijn een pré.

🛡️Welke garanties kun je verwachten?

  • Een salaris tot €6.700,- bruto per maand (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring)
  • Aantrekkelijke bonusmogelijkheden boven op je salaris.
  • Laptop, telefoon en leaseauto van de zaak.
  • Volop mogelijkheden voor opleiding, ontwikkeling en doorgroei.
  • Vakantietoeslag van 8% van het bruto jaarloon, uitgekeerd in juni.
  • Totaal 30 verlofdagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband en de mogelijkheid om extra dagen bij te kopen.
  • Werkzaam onder de CAO Metaal & Techniek – Technisch installatiebedrijf.
