Als Productie en Assemblageplanner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, organiseren en optimaliseren van het volledige assemblageproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, materialen, capaciteit en werkzaamheden op het juiste moment samenkomen.

Je werkt midden in de operatie en hebt dagelijks contact met onder andere de voormannen, teamleiders, productie, projecten, engineering, procurement en logistiek. Je houdt continu overzicht over wat er op de organisatie afkomt en vertaalt dit naar een realistische en uitvoerbare planning.

  • Opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van de productie en assemblageplanning.
  • Afstemmen van capaciteit, benodigde uren, materialen en personeelsinzet.
  • Plannen van interne werkzaamheden van onder andere Setbouw, Containerbouw, en Testkamer.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en verstoringen in het productieproces.
  • Opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van de productie en assemblageplanning.
  • Afstemmen van capaciteit, benodigde uren, materialen en personeelsinzet.
  • Plannen van interne werkzaamheden van onder andere Setbouw, Containerbouw, en Testkamer.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en verstoringen in het productieproces.

Je bent daarbij niet alleen bezig met de planning van vandaag. Je kijkt ook vooruit. Welke werkzaamheden komen eraan? Welke materialen zijn nodig? Waar ontstaan mogelijke knelpunten? En hoe kunnen we beschikbare capaciteit zo efficiënt mogelijk inzetten?

Je bent daarbij niet alleen bezig met de planning van vandaag. Je kijkt ook vooruit. Welke werkzaamheden komen eraan? Welke materialen zijn nodig? Waar ontstaan mogelijke knelpunten? En hoe kunnen we beschikbare capaciteit zo efficiënt mogelijk inzetten?

  • Minimaal MBO 4 werk en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch of logistiek;
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een productie, assemblage of planningsomgeving;
  • Ervaring met ERP en planningssystemen;
  • Affiniteit met technische producten en productieprocessen.
  • Een analytische en probleemoplossende instelling;
  • Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden;
  • Aantoonbare interesse in procesverbetering en vernieuwing;
  • Kennis van Lean Manufacturing-methodieken (bijvoorbeeld Green Belt);
  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.

Je werkt letterlijk midden in de operatie en hebt direct invloed op het verloop van onze productie. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt veel ruimte om mee te denken over hoe we processen slimmer, efficiënter en beter kunnen organiseren.

🛡️Welke garanties kun je verwachten?

  • Een salaris tussen de €3.600,- en €4.300,- bruto per maand afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring op basis van 38 uur.
  • Opleiding- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.

  • Een werkplek midden in de operatie in IJmuiden.
