Het team van 6 project engineers en 9 projectmanagers werkt vanuit IJmuiden samen aan uitdagende noodstroominstallaties voor datacenterprojecten. Je combineert een analytische blik met daadkracht om verschillende taken te coördineren, uit te zoeken en complexe technische puzzels op te lossen. De Projectmanager en Project engineer werken zeer nauw samen binnen het project, dit is echt een tandem waarbij de Project Engineer zijn focus heeft op techniek en de Project Manager zich vooral richt op planning, financiën en klantrelatie. Als Project Engineer binnen Zwart Techniek heb je een resultaatgerichte en gestructureerde aanpak nodig. Samen streven we naar hoge kwaliteit door ons goed te focussen op de details, maar ook regelmatig uit te zoomen en het grotere geheel te overzien. Doordat je zorgt voor een strakke planning en heldere communicatie, kun je slimme beslissingen nemen om projecten succesvol te laten verlopen.

Met jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden weet je stakeholders, zowel in- als extern, duidelijk te informeren en te adviseren over opties, voortgang en oplossingen. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter de projecten en een waardevolle schakel binnen het team, met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en een focus op het realiseren van doelen.

Taken omvatten:

  • Vanaf het verkoopdossier een helder en doordacht plan van aanpak opstellen, op het gebied van werkinstructies en testplannen om stakeholders aan te sturen.
  • Vooruitdenken en rekening houden met de benodigde middelen en tijdsplanning om het project succesvol te voltooien.
  • Beoordelen van elektrotechnische schema’s en werktuigbouwkundige tekeningen samen met het specificeren van technische aanvragen binnen noodstroom installaties.
  • Nauw samenwerken met afdelingen inkoop, engineering en het commissioning team om te komen tot een perfecte afstemming.
  • Scherp inzicht houden in de interfaces tussen deze afdelingen en ervoor zorgen dat ze soepel samenwerken zodat aan alle eisen en kwaliteitsnormen kan worden voldaan.
  • Je hebt het talent om een project strak te organiseren, problemen direct op te pakken en snel met effectieve oplossingen te komen.
  • Denken vanuit systemen en structuur zit in je aard, en je combineert dit met de motivatie om resultaten te behalen en teams naar succes te leiden.
  • Incidenteel het bezoeken van projectlocaties in het binnen- en buitenland voor inventarisatie en afstemming, maar meestal op afstand.

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau met een afgeronde opleiding in elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde.
  • Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring binnen een technische projectorganisatie, met name op het gebied van elektro/energietechniek.
  • Proactieve houding en vermogen om zelfstandig technische problemen op te lossen.
  • Besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
  • Nieuwsgierigheid en verantwoordelijkheid in je werk.

🛡️Welke garanties kun je verwachten?

  • Contract van minimaal 32 uur per week, aanpasbaar aan de functie.
  • Een salaris tussen de €3.800,- en €5.900,- bruto per maand afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
  • Een telefoon, laptop en auto van de zaak.
  • Collectieve eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Vakantietoeslag van 8% van het bruto jaarloon, uitgekeerd in juni.
  • Totaal 30 verlofdagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband en de mogelijkheid om extra dagen bij te kopen.
  • Werkzaam onder de CAO Metaal & Techniek – Technisch installatiebedrijf.
