The posting

Binnen het serviceteam van Zwart werk je samen met een hechte groep technische professionals, waaronder Service Coördinatoren en Service Planners. Wij zijn trots op ons team van betrokken en technisch onderlegde collega’s. Ter uitbreiding van dit team zijn wij op zoek naar een Service Coördinator met passie voor techniek.

Als Service Coördinator ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle technisch service gerelateerde werkzaamheden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding en coördinatie van preventief en correctief onderhoud, uitgevoerd door onze service- en onderhoudsmonteurs. Je speelt een sleutelrol binnen het serviceteam en werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit andere afdelingen zoals planning, inkoop en logistiek.

In grote lijnen ga jij je met het volgende bezighouden:

  • Technisch en logistiek voorbereiden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan installaties, in afstemming met interne afdelingen, klanten en externe partijen.
  • Coördineren van storingsopvolging en reparaties, inclusief het opstellen van technische en commerciële offertes.
  • Adviseren van klanten over de technische status van hun systemen en het actief onderhouden van klantrelaties.
  • Op afstand én op locatie ondersteunen, coachen en aansturen van onze service monteurs. Je fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt en begeleidt hen waar nodig.
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte en tijdige administratie in ons ERP-systeem, waarbij je kosten en tijdsbesteding per project nauwgezet bewaakt.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbetermogelijkheden en neemt initiatief om het eigen werk, processen en de samenwerken binnen de afdeling en de organisatie te optimaliseren.

Je hebt een brede technische kennis, een scherp organisatorisch vermogen en je bent commercieel. Je bent een teamspeler die anderen weet te motiveren, klantgericht en je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering én verbetering van serviceprocessen en werkt graag samen met collega’s aan continue verbetering.

Je hebt in elk geval:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding op MBO4 niveau in een technische richting.
  • Enkele jaren werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de installatietechniek of vergelijkbare technische branche.
  • Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden om effectief te schakelen tussen klanten, monteurs en interne afdelingen.
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid en een goed ontwikkeld gevoel voor prioriteiten.

  • Een salaris tussen de €4.100,- en €5.600,- bruto per maand afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.

  • Vakantietoeslag van 8% van het bruto jaarloon, uitgekeerd in juni.
  • Totaal 30 verlofdagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband en de mogelijkheid om extra dagen bij te kopen.
  • Werkzaam onder de CAO Metaal & Techniek – Technisch installatiebedrijf.
