Als Voorman Assemblage speel jij een sleutelrol binnen ons productie- en assemblageproces. Jij combineert technische werkzaamheden met operationele aansturing van de werkplaats. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat onze generator sets, stroomvoorzieningen en technische installaties veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden opgebouwd.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel mechanische als elektrische assemblagewerkzaamheden en ondersteunt jouw collega’s bij technische vraagstukken. Daarnaast bewaak je de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen de werkplaats.

Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het:

  • Functioneel aansturen en begeleiden van het assemblageteam.
  • Coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de werkplaats.
  • Assembleren van generator sets en technische installaties op mechanisch, elektrisch, motorisch en hydraulisch gebied.
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om productieprocessen soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid, voortgang en naleving van procedures.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van technische storingen en afwijkingen.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Inwerken, begeleiden en coachen van nieuwe medewerkers, BBL-leerlingen en stagiaires.

Jij bent een technisch sterke teamspeler die overzicht houdt, initiatief toont en mensen weet mee te nemen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt oplossingsgericht en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor zowel het eindproduct als het team.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding in een technische richting.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen assemblage, productie of machinebouw.
  • Kennis van mechanische en elektrotechnische assemblage.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en begeleiden van collega’s.
  • Certificeringen zoals VCA, heftruck en/of lastechniek zijn een pré.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatorisch inzicht.
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking.

🛡️Welke garanties kun je verwachten?

  • Een salaris tussen de €3.700,- en €4.950,- bruto per maand afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
  • Laptop en telefoon van de zaak.
  • Collectieve eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Vakantietoeslag van 8% van het bruto jaarloon, uitgekeerd in juni.
  • Totaal 30 verlofdagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband en de mogelijkheid om extra dagen bij te kopen.
  • Werkzaam onder de CAO Metaal & Techniek – Technisch installatiebedrijf.
