📢 WE’RE HIRING: Assistant Engineering Support cum Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

To provide engineering and technical support, assist with CAD drawings and project documentation, coordinate after-sales service matters, and support sales and business development activities. The role aims to develop the candidate's technical knowledge and customer relationship skills towards an independent technical sales position.

Position: Assistant Engineering Support cum Sales Executive Vacancy: 1 Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: SGD S$2,600- S$3,000 Eligibility: Open to Locals, PR & Malaysians.

🌟 Key Responsibilities A. Engineering and CAD Support · Prepare, amend and maintain 2Dand 3D engineering drawings using SolidWorks. · Assist in preparing equipment layouts, technical drawings, specifications and project documentation. · Support engineers in technical coordination and project follow-ups. · Assist with engineering documentation for industrial chillers and HVAC-related equipment.

B. After-Sales Technical Support · Assist in responding to customer technical enquiries after equipment delivery and installation. · Coordinate with engineers and service technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues and follow up on service requests. · Assist in preparing service reports, technical documents and customer updates. · Ensure after-sales matters are followed up promptly and professionally.

C. Sales Support and Business Development · Assist in preparing quotations, technical proposals and sales documentation. · Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and potential business opportunities. · Develop product knowledge of industrial chillers, HVAC systems and related equipment. · Communicate with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements. · Progressively take on customervisits, product presentations, sales negotiations and business development. · Develop towards an independent technical sales role with responsibility for customer relationships and sales growth.

🔑 What We’re Looking For · Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, HVAC or a related discipline. · Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software; SolidWorks experience is preferred. · Interest in mechanical systems, industrial chillers and HVAC equipment. · Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. · Willingness to learn technical troubleshooting and customer support. · Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team. · Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in technical sales and business development. · Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
