Building Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Education: Diploma or above Monthly Salary: S$3,500–S$5,000 Work Location: Project sites across Singapore; exact locations to be confirmed Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (including a 1-hour meal break) Accommodation: Not provided Transportation: Not provided

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Carry out quantity take-offs and related measurement work.
  • Read and understand construction drawings, and calculate quantities accurately.
  • Check calculations carefully to ensure the figures are accurate.
  • Work independently on quantity take-offs and related tasks.
  • Building industry QS experience is preferred.
  • Be meticulous, practical, and responsible.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese and English at work.
