Personal Assistant cum Driver

**Location:** Singapore

**Salary:** S$4,500–S$6,000 per month, negotiable based on relevant experience and work arrangements

**Additional benefits:** Bonuses, compensation for additional working hours and other benefits will be discussed separately.

Company and Role

This position is with a Singapore-based computing infrastructure company under a listed company group. The successful candidate will primarily provide daily personal assistance and driving support to the employer’s wife.

Specific working hours, rest days, service areas, vehicle arrangements and additional working-hour requirements will be discussed before the interview.

### Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily driving and pick-up services. Plan suitable routes and ensure safe and punctual travel.

- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, meals and travel arrangements.

- Handle personal and household errands, such as shopping, bookings, and collecting or delivering items. Liaise with property management and service providers as needed.

- Assist with basic work-related tasks, including relaying messages, organising documents, replying to routine emails and following up on tasks.

- Monitor the vehicle’s general condition and coordinate cleaning, servicing and repairs.

- Provide other day-to-day assistance within the mutually agreed scope of duties, while maintaining the confidentiality of the employer’s, family’s and company’s information.

### Requirements

- Hold a valid Singapore driving licence, drive safely and confidently, and be familiar with local roads and traffic rules.

- Have good English communication skills for routine calls, appointments, reading information, replying to emails and liaising with local service providers.

- Be able to use common office software and calendar tools to organise documents, record expenses and follow up on tasks.

- Be punctual, dependable and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility, service and confidentiality. Communicate professionally and exercise sound judgement.

- Hold a Diploma or higher qualification; a degree is preferred. Candidates with extensive experience in personal assistance, lifestyle support or executive support may be considered based on relevant experience.

- Prior experience as a personal assistant, lifestyle assistant, administrative assistant cum driver, or in supporting business executives and their families is preferred.

- Candidates from any discipline may apply. A background in administration, business management, hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
