PM Project Manager

Education: Diploma or above Monthly Salary: S$4,800–S$6,000, depending on experience; negotiable Work Location: Various sites across Singapore; specific project locations to be confirmed Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (including a 1-hour meal break) Accommodation: Not provided Commute: Transportation is not provided

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Strictly follow site management procedures and safety requirements; be practical, conscientious, and responsible.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings proficiently, identify technical issues promptly, and coordinate solutions.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with construction workers and relevant teams.
  • Oversee site operations and manage teams, arranging work schedules and resources appropriately.
  • Lead the construction team to complete work according to plan, meeting project output, schedule, and quality targets.
  • Able to communicate in both Chinese and English at work.
