Votre rôle chez nous :

Au sein des bureaux parisiens, l’équipe Services contribue au développement des activités commerciales d’ACT France en apportant un support technique et opérationnel aux différentes équipes internes.

Elle accompagne les clients et prospects dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de leurs projets de rénovation énergétique depuis l’étude d’opportunité jusqu’à la validation finale par un organisme d’inspection.

Point de repère technique, l’équipe Service est garante de la qualité, de la pertinence et de la conformité technique des travaux effectués dans le cadre de nos différentes missions.

Vos missions :

  • Maîtrise les bases de la rénovation énergétique des bâtiments tertiaires
  • Prend part à la réalisation de livrables techniques : Etudes d’opportunités Modèles de déperditions thermiques Dimensionnements de solutions techniques (Pompes à chaleur, Géothermie…) Analyses financières (ROI…)
  • Maitrise les enjeux environnementaux et réglementaires actuels (Décret BACS, Décret Tertiaire…)
  • Possède une capacité d’adaptation aux différents acteurs d’un projet (AMO, client, bureau d’étude, installateur…)
  • Prend part et anime des réunions techniques et commerciales avec les clients d’ACT
  • Est un référent technique auprès des équipes commerciales
  • Est garant de la pertinence des offres techniques de nos partenaires
  • Se déplace en France Métropolitaine pour visiter les sites (Etudes, accompagnement lors des contrôles, réception…)

Votre expertise :

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, nous recherchons des candidats possédant les qualifications et les qualités suivantes :

  • Diplôme d’Ingénieur avec une spécialisation dans l’énergie
  • Expérience : sortie d’école / 1 à 2 ans d’expériences
  • Forte capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Très rigoureux.se, organisé.e et autonome
  • Aisance relationnelle et goût du travail en équipe
  • Amibitieux.se et proactif.ve, vous souhaitez que votre travail ait un impact direct sur la réussite de votre entreprise
