💼 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

🙋 Atención al cliente: escucharás, asesorarás y animarás a cada cliente a descubrir e interactuar con nuestros productos, creando una experiencia de compra divertida.

📦 Producto: recibirás, repondrás y colocarás la mercancía para que cada rincón invite a descubrir nuestros productos.

🤝 Caja: realizarás cobros y participarás en la apertura y cierre, ofreciendo una atención cercana y cuidando cada detalle para que la experiencia termine con una sonrisa.

✨ Limpieza: cuidarás cada rincón para que la tienda esté siempre limpia, organizada y lista para recibir a nuestros clientes.

🐮 Trabajo en equipo: contarás con el acompañamiento de tu responsable y del resto de HOPers para aprender, resolver dudas y alcanzar juntos los objetivos de la tienda.

¿Listo/a para descubrir la experiencia HOPer?

📍 Un trabajo cerca de ti: trabajarás en nuestras tiendas de La Orotava, Icod de los Vinos y Puerto de la Cruz.

📄 Contrato temporal con jornada de 24 horas semanales de jueves a domingo en turnos rotativos y fijos de tarde, y 30 horas semanales de lunes a domingo en turnos rotativos.

️ 📅 Horarios planificados: conocerás tu planificación con antelación para que puedas organizarte lo mejor posible.

💰 Un salario que se adapta a tu jornada:

  • 24 horas semanales: desde 1.000€ hasta 1.200€ brutos al mes, más complementos por domingos, festivos y nocturnidad.
  • 30 horas semanales: desde 1.275€ hasta 1.500€ brutos al mes, con complementos por domingos, festivos y nocturnidad.
