Occupational Therapist (Part-time, Pre-K) Location: Flat Rock, MI Start/End Date: 26-27 School Year; Part-time, three days per week Grade Levels: Early Childhood Caseload: This part-time role focuses on working with early childhood students across different preschool buildings Pay & Benefits: · Hourly Range: $48.00-$65.00/hour, (W2, paid weekly) based on experience and qualifications. · Employees who work fewer than 30 hours per week are considered part-time and are eligible for AnthroMed’s 401(k) retirement plan. This comes with a 100% employer match up to first 3% employee contribution.

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide onsite therapy and support to Pre-K students in the Downriver Area. This part-time role focuses on working with early childhood students across a variety of needs utilizing both push-in and pull-out models of delivery. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support students and address their fine motor and sensory regulation needs. Responsibilities · Provide part-time occupational therapy services to Pre-K students, three days per week. · Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address fine motor and sensory regulation needs. · Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ fine motor and sensory regulation skills across both classroom and individual settings. · Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. · Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. · Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. · Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications · Active Occupational Therapy license in Michigan (LARA). · Strong communication and collaboration skills. · Dependable, flexible, and dedicated to supporting the fine motor and sensory regulation needs of students.
