Description

Apple is seeking a Partner Manager to help us on our continued growth across Apple Services, including Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, and Apple Fitness+. As our ideal candidate, you are dynamic and results-driven, and enjoy a fast-paced, results-first environment. You are passionate about executing programs that drive mutual success and developing outstanding partnerships to support products that only Apple can build. As a successful candidate, you have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally across internal teams. You are a strategic thinker, a strong relationship builder, and someone who is curious to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced team player with great attention to detail who is able to work with multiple internal and external teams to execute partner programs up to Apple’s high standards. The candidate needs to be a self-starter and able to develop, manage, and maintain partnerships with 3rd party partners to distribute and market Apple’s media and entertainment services.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key global partners to drive business growth and mutual success. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, operations, and analytics teams to align partnership strategies with key business goals. Lead onboarding and ongoing partner management to ensure seamless partner engagement. Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless day to day communication and issue resolution. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. This role requires extensive travel.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic account management within media, tech, banking, or consulting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels including the ability to develop working relationships inside and outside of Apple. Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships across multiple teams. Proactive, self-starter mentality with a results-driven approach. Experience in negotiating contracts and structuring partnership agreements. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make strategic decisions. A keen product sense and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. Collaborative self-starter who works optimally in fast-paced environments and is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering projects to completion. Expertise building business cases, including strategy development and financial analysis

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of direct experience within the music, entertainment, and/or subscription industry

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,600 and $266,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
