We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is an integral position within our growing Sales function, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director. This role is primarily responsible for driving business development and establishing new private operator accounts, while also coordinating new product introductions across your assigned territory and prospect base. Operating in a fully remote capacity from the East Coast, you will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders across Account Management, Implementations, Marketing, and Product Management to expand our footprint and transform urban mobility.

How to make an impact

- Prospect new business opportunities through proactive outreach and present tailored mobility solutions to prospects.

- Facilitate regular monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings to gather feedback, ensuring we continuously serve the evolving needs of our private operator accounts.

- Connect consistently with private operator accounts and prospects to showcase our innovative product features and functionality.

- Leverage customer relationship management tools daily to strategically plan meetings, track activities, and cultivate a robust pipeline of prospects.

- Collaborate cross-departmentally to participate in and coordinate the drafting of operator requests for proposals (RFPs) and competitive bids.

- Represent the company in diverse business development activities, including trade shows, industry conferences, regional travel, and the contracting/legal process.

About you

You are a highly motivated, driven, and collaborative relationship builder who thrives on creating meaningful connections and solving complex client challenges. With a growth mindset and an enthusiastic approach to learning, you excel at communicating effectively across diverse teams and adapt seamlessly to the fast-paced evolution of smart city technology. You are passionate about continuous development and excited by the opportunity to shape the future of urban travel.

Your background

- At least 3 years of experience within the parking industry, with a focus on working alongside private operators.

- 2+ years of successful technology solutions sales experience, with a preferred background selling smart city technologies.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and performance targets.

- Proficiency with modern workplace tools, including Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel 30%+ dynamically based on business and market development needs.

This role is based in our Northeast Region (Fully Remote)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
