Η Autohellas Hertz στο πλαίσιο ενίσχυσης της Διεύθυνσης After Sales, αναζητά Technical Operations Coordinator, για τη διαχείριση, τον τεχνικό έλεγχο και τον συντονισμό των εργασιών συντήρησης και επισκευής του στόλου οχημάτων της εταιρείας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Έλεγχος και έγκριση αιτημάτων συνεργείων για service, επισκευές και αντικαταστάσεις ανταλλακτικών
  • Τεχνική αξιολόγηση βλαβών και προτεινόμενων επισκευών
  • Παρακολούθηση χρόνων επισκευής και ακινησίας οχημάτων (downtime)
  • Έλεγχος κόστους επισκευών και εφαρμογή πολιτικών περιορισμού δαπανών
  • Διαχείριση θεμάτων εγγυήσεων και τεχνικών εγκρίσεων με αντιπροσωπείες
  • Συντονισμός μεταξύ συνεργείων, αποθήκης ανταλλακτικών και προμηθευτών
  • Παρακολούθηση παραγωγικότητας συνεργείων και τεχνικών δεικτών
  • Σύνταξη τεχνικών απαντήσεων προς πελάτες για θέματα βλαβών ή επισκευών
  • Έλεγχος συμμόρφωσης με τις τεχνικές διαδικασίες της εταιρείας
  • Συμμετοχή στη βελτίωση διαδικασιών και ροών εργασίας
  • Υποστήριξη στη διερεύνηση σύνθετων τεχνικών περιστατικών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Τεχνικής Σχολής Οχημάτων/ Μηχανολογίας ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Εμπειρία σε fleet management ή after-sales, εισαγωγική εταιρεία, ή συνεργείο (επιθυμητό)
  • Καλή γνώση μηχανολογίας και διαγνωστικών συστημάτων αυτοκινήτου
  • Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον πολλαπλών μαρκών
  • Εμπειρία σε έλεγχο επισκευών ή τεχνικές εγκρίσεις
  • Καλή γνώση MS Excel και δυνατότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων (επιθυμητό)
  • Ικανότητα τεχνικής γραπτής επικοινωνίας
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
