OPERATIONS ANALYST What We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to support operational activities within financial markets environments. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of exotic derivatives pricing, supporting the smooth execution of production flows, identifying and escalating operational issues, and contributing to risk mitigation through effective controls and monitoring.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

  • Perform pricing activities related to exotic derivatives.
  • Monitor operational processes and implement controls to minimize operational and fraud risks.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate management and control functions when necessary.
  • Contribute to maintaining low levels of financial, regulatory, legal, and reputational risk.
  • Ensure production flows run efficiently and without disruption.

Your Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Financial Markets, OTC Derivatives, and Swap Lifecycle.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong risk awareness and control mindset.
  • Expert-level Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in operational and fast-paced environments.

Your Main Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Operations Analyst or similar roles within financial services.
  • Solid expertise in Financial Markets and derivative products.
  • Advanced knowledge of OTC Derivatives and Swap Lifecycle processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
