Position: Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack
Location: Cleveland, OH
Responsibilities:
Own the web application platform end-to-end, with a focus on front-end architecture, performance, and user experience. Lead the design and evolution of modern front-end systems and frameworks, alongside supporting back-end services and APIs. Define and drive platform standards for UI architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and scalability. Design and deliver scalable consumer-facing and B2B web applications supporting high-demand, global use cases. Balance hands-on development with planning, technical leadership, and team oversight. Align technical execution with business and product objectives. Guide technical direction, front-end best practices, and overall engineering standards. Act as the technical lead for a team of engineers, driving delivery and continuous improvement. Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers. Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
Educ./experience:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus one (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience in the live entertainment ticketing field as an Associate Software Engineer or in a related position. Experience must include Rest APIs, C#, CI/CD and release management, performance optimization, Kafka, technical documentation, and PostgreSQL.
