We provide our customers with an Integrated Information System (S2i), and a full range of digital banking products and services.
We also handle our customers' back office operations from three hubs, in Switzerland, Singapore and Portugal. By 2020, Azqore will have 200 billion (CHF) in assets under management, represented by some thirty banks.
Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Lausanne, Singapore and Lisbon to handle the banking operations of demanding customers.
🤓 The team
As part of the Cash services, you will support back office activities through Cash Payments, Forex & Treasury and Cash reconciliations and investigations.
You will be part of a dedicated team Treasury and Forex, responsible for the processing of a wide range of Forex products (FX/MM and FX/MM derivatives). In addition, the team is also in charge of cash management of secondary nostro accounts.
Cash services is also managing the administrative management of the inter bank accounts in our core banking system and ensuring a fast payment processing (processing payment, monitoring of SWIFT / SIC messages emissions).
But here’s the exciting part: you’ll be helping launch this activity from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland.
The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Dom João II 43, 1990-084 Lisboa, Portugal).
👨🔧 Your responsibilities
- Operational processing of standard and derivative FX/treasury products
- Support to trading rooms, financial divisions, and various stakeholders regarding revaluations, pricing, and results
- Development of technical solutions for product valuation processes and reporting, implementation of control tools
- In-depth understanding of flows and impacts related to interest rate derivatives
- Processing of OTC collateral and regulatory reporting
- Control of automatic and manual confirmations
- Follow-up with banking counterparties
- Final control of FX/treasury operations before closing the transaction (a very important role, especially to avoid cash issues)
- Monitoring investigations related to the activity
- Entry of standard Forex and treasury operations as part of the desk’s multi-skilled function
- Other controls on rates and FX transactions
- Maintenance of macros

- Proven experience in the financial services industry, particularly in banking and financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
