Uppdraget innebär fysiskt arbete på olika bygg- och rivningsplatser där du utför rivningsarbeten, bortforsling av material samt sanering enligt givna instruktioner och säkerhetsrutiner. Arbetet kräver praktisk erfarenhet, vana vid verktyg och en hög arbetskapacitet — pannben — samt att du arbetar säkert och effektivt i varierande miljöer.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Manuell och maskinell rivning av byggnadsdelar och installationer
  • Demontering, sortering och lastning av avfall och återvinningsmaterial
  • Sanering och förberedande arbete inför återuppbyggnad enligt anvisningar
  • Användning och underhåll av handverktyg och elverktyg (sågar, borrar, slippapper m.m.)
  • Säker hantering av tunga lyft och arbete med hjälpmedel som dolly, kran eller truck där så krävs
  • Följa arbetsplatsens säkerhetsföreskrifter, använda personlig skyddsutrustning och rapportera avvikelser
  • Samarbeta med arbetsledare och kollegor för att säkra tidplan och kvalitet

Din profil

  • Praktisk erfarenhet av riv- och saneringsarbete eller liknande byggnadsarbete
  • God vana att använda hand- och elverktyg på ett säkert och effektivt sätt
  • Fysisk uthållighet och förmåga att arbeta i högt tempo under krävande förhållanden
  • Pannben — du tar ansvar, slutför uppgifter och håller fokus även när det är tufft
  • Kunskap om och efterlevnad av säkerhetsrutiner och användning av personlig skyddsutrustning
  • God kommunikationsförmåga i svenska i tal; skriftlig svenska vid dokumentation är meriterande

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av asbestsanering eller andra specifika saneringsmetoder
  • Certifikat för heta arbeten, truckkort eller annan relevant utbildning
  • Körkort B
  • Tidigare arbete inom entreprenad, rivning eller bygg
