Om rollen

I denna roll ansvarar du för paketering och hantering av fotografier i en kombinerad kontors- och lagermiljö i en villa. Arbetet är praktiskt och pilligt — du sätter in bilder i ramar, sorterar och märker upp fotografier samt förbereder paket för postutlämning. Uppdraget passar den som trivs med noggrant, repetitivt arbete och vill bidra till att kundernas bilder hanteras med omsorg. Tjänsten är måndag till fredag, där du jobbar ca 6 timmar per dag.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Packa och förbereda kundbeställningar enligt givna instruktioner och packlistor
  • Sätta in bilder i ramar
  • Sortera fotografier och artiklar efter beställningsnummer, format och leveranssätt
  • Kontrollera kvalitet på utskrifter och ramar, åtgärda mindre fel och rapportera avvikelser
  • Etikettera och försluta förpackningar samt förbereda fraktdokumentation
  • Köra försändelser till post/ombud
  • Hålla arbetsplatsen ren och organiserad; påfyllning av förpackningsmaterial och enklare inventering
  • Samarbeta med kollegor för effektivt flöde och följa leveransrutiner

Din profil

  • Praktisk och noggrann med känsla för detaljer
  • Erfarenhet av paketering, orderplock eller arbete i lager
  • God finmotorik och tålamod för pilliga moment
  • Kunna arbeta strukturerat och effektivt med repeterande arbetsuppgifter
  • B körkort är meriterande
  • God kommunikationsförmåga i svenska i tal; enkel skriftlig hantering av följesedlar
