Baron Philippe de Rothschild S.A., Société de production et de négoce de vins de grande notoriété, recherche un(e)

Administrateur(trice) SIRH Decidium & Reporting RH F/H en CDI basé(e) à Pauillac (33).

Au sein de l'équipe Ressources Humaines, vous serez l'interlocuteur/trice sur les problématiques liées aux domaines suivants :

Administration et gestion du SIRH ADP Decidium

  • Identifier les anomalies de paramétrage paie et gestion des temps à l’aide d'un outil de ticketing ;
  • Valider les corrections d’anomalies de paramétrage et les évolutions du système d’informations effectuées par le prestataire ;
  • Etre force de proposition pour les optimisations du logiciel SIRH, en accord avec les demandes utilisateurs et les évolutions de la législation.

Reporting social & Contrôle de Gestion Sociale

  • Elaborer, réviser et suivre le budget de la masse salariale ;
  • Préparer et contrôler les tableaux de bord et d'indicateurs : entrées, sorties, absentéisme, effectifs, etc. ;
  • Compiler les éléments statistiques pour construire la BDESE, le bilan social et l’index égalité homme/femme ;
  • Contrôler les requêtes SIRH en vue de l’élaboration du bilan social individualisé (BSI) ;
  • En collaboration avec votre responsable, définir les ayants droits, le calcul de la répartition de l’épargne salariale dans le respect du planning et construire les fichiers d’interface pour alimenter la base de données salariés.

Administration du personnel

  • Être référent(e) sur les domaines réglementaires et techniques de la paie et de la GTA, notamment auprès de notre fournisseur ADP et des Gestionnaires de Paie ;
  • Être le contact clé pour l’administration du personnel et l’interfaçage SIRH lors de la campagne vendanges.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • De formation supérieure de type Bac+3/+5 en RH/Paie, Comptabilité et/ou en lien avec l'administratif/financier, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle réussie de 3 à 5 ans sur des missions similaires ;
  • Vous avez idéalement une expérience professionnelle récente du logiciel de paie DECIDIUM Grandes Entreprises et gestion des temps d’ADP et le requêteur BI4.3 ;
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, vos qualités relationnelles, votre fiabilité et votre goût du travail bien réalisé et en équipe ;
  • Votre dynamisme, votre capacité de prise d'initiative et d’adaptation, votre rigueur et votre exigence vous permettront de mener à bien votre mission ;
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités financières et confidentielles qui incombent à votre fonction et vous souhaitez vous y investir pleinement ;
