Wir suchen laufend die besten Köpfe für unsere spannenden nationalen und internationalen Projekte.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit an CRM‑Projekten mit Fokus auf die BSI Customer Suite
  • Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in technische Lösungen
  • Konfiguration, Customizing und Erweiterung von CRM‑Systemen
  • Direkte Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit Kunden im Projektkontext
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Consultants, Architekt:innen und Projektteams
  • Schrittweiser Aufbau von BSI‑Know‑how durch Training, Projektpraxis und Mentoring
  • Dokumentation von Lösungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Tests und Quality Assurance

Damit punktest Du bei uns:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und mind. 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot oder vergleichbar)
  • Scripting-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen Entwicklungstechnologien (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, Git) und gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge, Systemlogiken sowie deren Einsatz im Projektkontext
  • Erfahrung in IT-Projekten, insbesondere in Konfiguration und Software-Implementierung
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen zu analysieren und in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen
  • Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt sowie sichere Kommunikation im Support- und Projektumfeld
  • Motivation, dich in die BSI Customer Suite einzuarbeiten und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln (Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Freude am Problemlösen sowie Teamfähigkeit und gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Du hast bei uns die Möglichkeit, basierend auf Deiner individuellen Leistung aktiv dein Gehalt zu beeinflussen. Je nach Qualifikation und relevanter Berufserfahrung beträgt das Bruttomonatsgehalt für diese Position auf Vollzeitbasis zwischen EUR 3.954 und EUR 4.500.
