Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Durchführung von SAP-Projekten und SAP-Transformationsprogrammen
  • Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams
  • Steuerung von Projektumfang, Budget, Ressourcen und Risiken
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Fachbereichen und IT-Stakeholdern auf allen Managementebenen
  • Begleitung von SAP S/4HANA-Transformations- und Implementierungsprojekten
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Projektqualität sowie Einhaltung von Termin- und Budgetvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Projektstatus-Meetings, Steering Committees und Management-Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung bei Presales-Aktivitäten, Angebotsprozessen und Business Development
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung unseres SAP-Beratungsportfolios und unserer Projektmanagement-Methoden

Damit punktest Du bei uns:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von SAP-Projekten oder komplexen IT-Transformationsprojekten
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Kundenprojekten sowie im Stakeholder-Management
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate oder agilen Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu nationaler und internationaler Reisetätigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
