Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) partners closely with leadership to deliver full-cycle Human Resources support across multiple locations. This role is responsible for executing HR processes, supporting employees and managers, and aligning people strategies with business needs.
The HRBP balances both strategic and tactical responsibilities, including employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and HR program implementation. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the employee experience, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring consistent HR practices across sites.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to understand business needs and develop people strategies
- Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations
- Promote a positive, engaging workplace culture
- Assist with communication and change management initiatives
- Manage HR systems (e.g., ADP), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Coordinate employee leaves of absence and return-to-work processes
- Assist with workforce planning, including headcount and succession planning
- Monitor productivity and support performance improvement efforts
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes (coaching, feedback, development plans)
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and recognition programs
- Identify and escalate high-risk issues when needed
- Support emergency response planning and workplace policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives
- Travel between locations as required
- Perform other duties as needed
What You’ll Need
- 3–6 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
- Strong employee relations experience
- Call center or operational environment experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., ADP or similar)
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Willingness to travel regularly
