Nu söker vi en CNC-operatör till vår nyproduktion på Öckerö. Hos oss på Berg Propulsion får du arbeta vid en av våra nyaste maskiner tillsammans med kunniga kollegor i en modern tillverkningsmiljö.

Om rollen

Som CNC-operatör blir du en viktig del av vår nyproduktion. Du kommer att arbeta vid en egen maskin där du ansvarar för både kvalitet och tillverkning. Hos oss är rollen bred och utvecklande. Du får inte bara köra maskinen, utan också vara med och programmera den.

Vi tror på att utveckla våra medarbetare och uppmuntrar dig att lära dig flera maskiner och arbetsmoment över tid. På så sätt bygger du värdefull erfarenhet samtidigt som du blir del av vår fortsatta utveckling.

Du kommer ha en viktig roll för att säkra våra leveranser, bidra till vår höga kvalitet och våra förbättringsarbeten.

Arbetsuppgifter för en CNC-operatör:

  • Läsa och tolka ritningar och arbetsinstruktioner.
  • Ställa in och programmera CNC-maskiner.
  • Montera rätt verktyg och material i maskinen.
  • Starta och övervaka produktionen.
  • Mäta och kontrollera att de färdiga detaljerna håller rätt kvalitet och mått.
  • Justera maskinen vid behov för att säkerställa att produkterna blir korrekta.
  • Utföra enklare underhåll och rengöring av maskinerna.

Utbildning

  • Gymnasieutbildning, gärna med teknisk inriktning (t.ex. industriteknik/CNC)

Erfarenhet och kunskaper

Krav:

  • Goda kunskaper i svenska språket
  • Noggrann och kvalitetsmedveten och bidrar till en god arbetsmiljö
  • Tekniskt intresserad och med en vilja att utvecklas inom CNC och produktion
  • Intresse av att lösa problem
  • Ansvarsfull och säkerhetsmedveten

Meriterande:

  • Ritningsläsning
  • Mätteknik och användning av mätutrustning
  • CAD/CAM, exempelvis Mastercam eller Solid Works

  • Noggrann och ansvarstagande – arbetar strukturerat, följer instruktioner och säkerställer kvalitet i varje moment
