Sobre el puesto 🚀

Bigblue busca un especialista de almacén con experiencia y orientado a resultados para coordinar nuestro almacén.

El puesto representa una función fundamental dentro del equipo de Operaciones de Bigblue para ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes.

(1) Trabajo en equipo y mejora de procesos

Control de almacén: gestión del panel

Supervisar el panel de incidencias y métricas del almacén, que rastrea problemas o excepciones críticas. Abordar y resolver los problemas escalados con prontitud, garantizando un impacto mínimo en las operaciones del almacén y la satisfacción de los comerciantes.

Análisis e investigación

Realizar investigaciones y recopilar información según se solicite para respaldar los procesos de toma de decisiones u obtener datos relevantes de sistemas internos o fuentes externas.

Verificación de datos

Revisar periódicamente los datos en nuestra herramienta interna Metabase, garantizando la precisión, la integridad y siguiendo los KPI para alertar si el almacén está en riesgo en sus SLA diarios. Asegurar que se realizan las tareas diarias del almacén. Identificar y rectificar cualquier discrepancia o problema de datos, colaborando con los equipos internos relevantes.

Gestión de anomalías

Identificar e investigar cualquier anomalía o discrepancia en las operaciones del almacén, como falta de seguimiento en las condiciones de entrada de mercancía, discrepancias en el inventario o desviaciones en los procesos. Implementar acciones correctivas y comunicar los hallazgos a las partes apropiadas.

(2) Responsabilidades operativas

Trabajo manual e imágenes.

Realizar tareas manuales según lo requieran nuestros clientes y nuestras necesidades.

Capturar y documentar información visual a través de fotografías según sea necesario. Esto puede incluir registrar productos dañados, documentar las condiciones del producto o proporcionar evidencia visual con fines de control de calidad.

Control de stock

Realizar periódicamente comprobaciones de existencias, recuentos cíclicos o auditorías de inventario físico para garantizar niveles de existencias precisos. Identificar e investigar cualquier discrepancia, implementando acciones correctivas según sea necesario.

Asignación de embalaje

Coordinar y gestionar la asignación de materiales de embalaje para garantizar un embalaje eficiente y preciso de los pedidos.

Requerimientos 🙌

  • Experiencia (de 1 a 5 años) en operaciones de almacén, incluida la gestión de inventario, cumplimiento de métricas y control de calidad.
  • Mentalidad proactiva
  • Desenvolverse bien en un entorno acelerado y con buena organización
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español.
  • Buen nivel de comprensión en inglés.
  • Licencia de conducir
  • Sin miedo a la operativa del día a día
