Das Unternehmen deckt die gesamte Glasfaser-Wertschöpfungskette ab, von Tiefbau und Netzaktivierung bis hin zu Installation, Service und Wartung.

Die Position

Als Country Manager Deutschland tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für den Aufbau und die Skalierung des deutschen Geschäfts, operativ, kommerziell und organisatorisch.

Sie führen von vorne: Sie geben die Richtung vor, treiben die Umsetzung voran und bleiben nah am Markt. Dies ist keine reine Managementrolle – Sie entwickeln aktiv Schluüsselkunden, gewinnen Neugeschäft und vertreten das Unternehmen gegenüber Netzbetreibern, Eigentümern und Partnern.

Zu den wesentlichen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Vollständige P&L-Verantwortung für die deutsche Gesellschaft
  • Operative Führung und Skalierung der Lieferkapazitäten
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Kapazität und zuverlässiger Projektabwicklung
  • Aufbau von Schlüsselkundenbeziehungen und Gewinnung von Neukunden
  • Aufbau und Führung eigener operativer Teams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der internationalen Gruppe

Ihr Profil

Sie sind kein klassischer Konzernmanager und das wollen Sie auch nicht sein.

Sie kommen aus dem operativen Kern der Telekommunikations- oder Infrastrukturbranche, verstehen Glasfaserausbauprojekte von Anfang bis Ende und sind bereit, die volle Verantwortung für ein Unternehmen zu übernehmen – nicht nur für eine Funktion.

Sie sind hands-on, kommerziell getrieben und motiviert, langfristig etwas mit hohen Qualitätsanforderungen aufzubauen.

Fachlich

  • Erfahrung in operativer Führung oder Projektmanagement in der Telekommunikation, im Glasfaserbereich oder in der Infrastruktur
  • Fundiertes Verständnis des deutschen Glasfasermarkts (FTTH/FTTB, NE3/NE4, Prozesse)
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge beim Aufbau von Teams und der Durchführung von Projekten
  • Kommerzielle Kompetenz: Kundenentwicklung und Neugeschäftsgewinnung
  • Belastbares Netzwerk im deutschen Telekommunikationsinfrastrukturmarkt

  • Hands-on-Führungspersönlichkeit – nah an der operativen Praxis, nicht rein strategisch
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise mit klarem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Strukturiert, zuverlässig und qualitätsorientiert in der Umsetzung
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – intern wie extern
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Fließendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
