Vi söker en utåtriktad person med erfarenhet av ansvarsposition i restaurang

Du skall bidra till att skapa atmosfären och sätta din prägel på puben tillsammans med restarangchefen din pub. För att lyckas inom The Bishops Arms krävs goda kunskaper inom Öl, mat, dryck i allmänhet och en stor passion för service.

Som biträdande restaurangchef avlastar och stöttar du pubchefen i den dagliga driften i puben samt tar hand om restaurangchefens uppgifter i dennes frånvaro. Du ska tycka att service är roligt och kunna engagera för att utveckla vårt koncept och bidra till att stärka vårt varumärke på marknaden.

Det förekommer en del administrativa arbetsuppgiftersom T.ex schemaläggning i bemanningssystemet, veckovis kostnadsuppföljning/nyckeltalskontroll, prognostisering, tryckmaterial, inventering vid bokslut, fakturahantering. Ordning och reda, ligga steget före och hålla deadlines är viktigt och mediterande med viss erfarenhet. Utöver detta kommer du att bidra inom aktiveringen av enheten genom olika event, provningar och quizkvällar.

The Bishops Arms är en del av en kedja, vilket kräver att du även är en bra lagspelare. Enheten i Jönköping är också en del av ett fyrstjärnigt hotell och utgör hotellets bar och matsal, varför god serviceanda är av stor vikt.
