¿CUÁL SERÁ TU MISIÓN? 🕵🏻

Tu misión será dar apoyo en la gestión y coordinación de los convenios con centros educativos, asegurando el correcto seguimiento de los procesos administrativos y de incorporación de personas en prácticas. Además, colaborarás con los equipos de Formación y Recursos Humanos, adquiriendo una visión global de la gestión de talento.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?🔧:

  • Gestión y seguimiento de convenios con centros educativos y apoyo en los procesos administrativos asociados.
  • Contacto directo y coordinación con los centros educativos para garantizar el correcto desarrollo de los procesos.
  • Seguimiento del procedimiento establecido, asegurando que se cumplen los límites definidos de centros educativos por almacén y personas en prácticas por sección.
  • Coordinación con el equipo de Formación para el control de altas y la gestión de las formaciones de seguridad necesarias.
  • Mantenimiento y actualización de la información y documentación necesaria para garantizar el correcto seguimiento de los procesos.

¿CUÁL ES NUESTRO PERFIL IDEAL? 🤩

  • Estudiante o recién graduado/a interesado/a en desarrollar su experiencia en el área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Persona organizada, responsable y con capacidad para gestionar diferentes tareas y procesos administrativos.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y facilidad para relacionarse con centros educativos y diferentes equipos internos.
  • Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad de seguimiento.
  • Atención al detalle y orientación al cumplimiento de procedimientos
