QUAL SERÁ A SUA MISSÃO? 🕵🏻

Reportará ao Diretor do centro e a sua missão será organizar e otimizar, juntamente com a sua equipa, o fluxo de mercadorias no Armazém (receção, reservas, entrega de mercadorias aos clientes, expedição, transporte, etc.), respeitando os procedimentos e prestando serviço ao Armazém para garantir a Satisfação do Cliente.

É UM ELEMENTO ESSENCIAL DA EQUIPA! As suas funções serão 🔧:

  • Gerir a equipa de receção: selecionar, acolher e formar os novos colaboradores, proceder ao respetivo acompanhamento e desenvolvimento, planear as tarefas e supervisionar o seu desempenho para garantir a satisfação dos clientes.
  • Gerir a receção de mercadorias e os procedimentos associados.
  • Contribuir para garantir a fiabilidade e a qualidade do stock, antecipando e reduzindo as eventuais ruturas (inventários parciais).
  • Trabalhar na otimização do stock adequado, evitando a geração de Stock Tóxico na sua área de responsabilidade.
  • Garantir as condições de saúde e segurança da sua Equipa, sendo exemplar na aplicação dos regulamentos legais.
  • Participar na vida e no crescimento da Empresa.

QUAL É O NOSSO PERFIL IDEAL? 🤩

  • Experiência como Responsável de Logística de, pelo menos, 2 anos.
  • Experiência na Grande Distribuição e/ou Retalho.
  • Ter gerido uma equipa de, pelo menos, 3-4 rececionistas.
  • Habilitações universitárias (valorizável).
