Un acteur français majeur d’activités sportives recrute son.sa directeur.trice de centre.

L’objectif : permettre au plus grand nombre de pratiquer une activité sportive, quel que soit l’âge, le genre, le niveau, la situation ou la localisation.

Cet acteur dispose aujourd’hui d’un réseau national de centres sportifs innovants et dynamiques, spécialisés dans l’organisation d’activités et de compétitions indoor ainsi que d’événements sportifs. Sa vocation est d’offrir des expériences sportives de qualité, adaptées aussi bien aux amateurs qu’aux passionnés et aux professionnels.

Les missions

  1. Gérer et superviser les activités du centre
  • Suivre et analyser l’impact du travail réalisé sur les résultats financiers et chiffrés, développer les chiffres et définir les objectifs.
  • Comprendre et suivre les différents indicateurs de vente (objectifs, EBITDA, CA...).
  • Piloter des projets d’offres commerciales en collaboration avec le service commercial (Monthly, revues de performance...).
  • Participer aux tâches courantes : assurer l’ouverture et la fermeture du centre, encaisser les clients, gérer les réservations internet, téléphone et comptoir.
  • Gérer les stocks et veiller au bon maintien des marges
  1. Piloter les activités de maintenance et de sécurité
  • Assurer l’entretien courant du centre : réparations internes ou avec l'aide d'un prestataire externe.
  • Être le garant de la conduite des activités de rénovation à venir.
  • Suivre les opérations de maintenance avec le responsable travaux et maintenance en menant des actions correctives et/ou préventives.
  • Détecter les risques pour la sécurité des équipes ou de la clientèle et les remonter au responsable travaux/maintenance.
  1. Manager les équipes
  • S’occuper des équipes en place et s’assurer que les rôles sont bien définis.
  • Savoir constituer des équipes, mettre en place un processus de recrutement et le mener à son terme.
  • Savoir créer les plannings en cohérence avec la masse salariale et suivre les pointages.
  • Réaliser les entretiens individuels annuels de management des équipes.
  • Détecter les potentielles évolutions et former les nouveaux arrivants.

Localisation : Centre basé dans la région Rhône-Alpes (localisation précise révélée lors du premier entretien)
