Agréée par le Ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports, la FFCO ne cesse depuis 1989 de se

développer. Elle a renforcé son rôle de porte-parole des clubs omnisports et développe un

service d’assistance aux clubs dans leur développement, leur administration et leur gestion

quotidienne.

En 2023, la fédération s’engage dans une nouvelle ère, toujours plus citoyenne, toujours plus

en proximité, avec toujours plus de convivialité et surtout toujours plus universelle. Elle dévoile

les 6 thématiques majeures de son accompagnement : l’enfance, la santé, la performance

sociale, l’environnement, le développement économique et la féminisation. Ces 6

thématiques complètent l’accompagnement juridique, administratif et de formation que la

fédération réalise au quotidien auprès des clubs omnisports.

Profil attendu

Profil

👉 Xp confirmée (+8 ans) dans la direction d'une structure associative, sportive ou publique

👉 Connaissance des fonctions régaliennes d’une entreprise : RH, finances, juridique, relations

institutionnelles,

👉 Capacité à déployer des stratégies de communication et d’événementiel

👉 Leadership affirmé, capable de fédérer des équipes aux profils et niveaux d'expérience

variés

Aptitudes

👉 Capacité à prendre de la hauteur tout en restant ancré·e dans l'opérationnel

👉 Forte fibre partenariale et aisance dans les relations multi parties-prenantes (aptitude à

travailler en proximité avec des élus, des cadres d’états, des bénévoles, ...)

👉 Pédagogie, clarté dans la communication, capacité à structurer sans rigidifier

👉 Autonomie, proactivité et goût pour la construction

Les missions

1. Pilotage et structuration des services internes

● Superviser et coordonner l'ensemble des pôles rattachés à la Direction des Services

(juridique, territorial, administratif, communication et événementiel)

● Structurer les processus internes et outiller les équipes pour gagner en efficacité et en

autonomie

● Garantir la bonne gestion administrative et financière en lien avec les fonctions

support

● Assurer le suivi RH de l’équipe : recrutement, montée en compétences, conduite des

entretiens, organisation du travail et pilotage des sujets liés au CSE.

● Piloter les réunions de coordination et assurer un reporting régulier auprès des

présidents·es

● Veiller à la bonne circulation de l'information entre les pôles et la gouvernance

2. Pilotage stratégique et développement fédéral

● Contribuer à l’évolution et à la mise en œuvre du projet fédéral en coordination avec les

co-présidents·es et la Direction des pratiques.

● Assurer la traduction opérationnelle des orientations stratégiques décidées par les

instances fédérales.

● Appuyer les co-présidents·es dans leurs prises de décision en leur apportant une

vision opérationnelle éclairée.

● Contribuer à la veille juridique, réglementaire et institutionnelle afin d'accompagner

l'anticipation des évolutions impactant la fédération.

● Incarner les valeurs et la vision de la FFCO dans toutes les relations externes
