Créé en 2018, PadelShot développe un réseau de clubs de padel partout en France. Après l’ouverture d’un premier centre en 2020, l’entreprise a accéléré son développement ces dernières années et compte aujourd’hui 14 clubs en France.

Plus que de simples infrastructures sportives, les clubs PadelShot sont pensés comme de véritables lieux de vie autour du padel, réunissant terrains indoor, espaces de convivialité, bar-restauration, animations et événements. L’objectif : proposer une expérience accessible à toutes et tous, du loisir à la compétition, dans un environnement où le sport, le partage et la convivialité occupent une place centrale..

À Tours, PadelShot dispose de deux clubs complémentaires, situés à quelques minutes l’un de l’autre :

  • Saint-Pierre-des-Corps : 4 pistes couvertes
  • La Ville-aux-Dames : 11 pistes couvertes

Soit 15 pistes au total.

Contexte & enjeux du recrutement

PadelShot recherche aujourd’hui son ou sa futur·e Responsable de Centre pour piloter les deux clubs de Tours.

Le premier enjeu du poste sera de reprendre en main l’organisation opérationnelle des deux sites et d’apporter un cadre clair aux équipes : planification, répartition des responsabilités, suivi des actions et qualité d’exécution.

Au-delà du fonctionnement quotidien, le challenge sera de faire vivre les deux clubs, d’améliorer l’expérience client et de mieux structurer les animations et événements afin de développer leur fréquentation, notamment sur les périodes aujourd’hui moins remplies.

Un rôle très opérationnel qui nécessite d’avoir un œil sur tout, de savoir anticiper et surtout de faire avancer les équipes dans la même direction.

Les missions

  1. Piloter l’exploitation des deux centres
  • Superviser au quotidien les clubs de Saint-Pierre-des-Corps et La Ville-aux-Dames.
  • Piloter les principaux indicateurs : CA, taux de remplissage, marges, stocks et performance opérationnelle.
  • Organiser et planifier l’activité afin d’anticiper les besoins des deux sites.
  • Garantir le respect des standards PadelShot et le bon fonctionnement des installations.
  1. Faire vivre les clubs et développer leur fréquentation
  • Garantir une expérience client conviviale, professionnelle et homogène sur les deux centres.
  • Structurer le calendrier des tournois, événements et animations.
  • Anticiper leur organisation et leur communication pour maximiser leur fréquentation.
  • Faire des clubs de véritables lieux de vie, sur les terrains comme autour du bar et des espaces de convivialité.
  1. Manager et structurer les équipes
  • Manager les équipes réparties sur les deux centres et s’appuyer sur les managers adjoints.
  • Construire les plannings, répartir les responsabilités et fixer un cadre de fonctionnement clair.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans leur montée en compétences.
  • Faire appliquer les standards attendus en matière d’attitude, d’accueil et d’expérience client.

Le poste est basé à Tours, avec une présence répartie entre les deux clubs :

  • PadelShot Saint-Pierre-des-Corps — 4 pistes
  • PadelShot La Ville-aux-Dames — 11 pistes

Les deux centres étant situés à quelques minutes l’un de l’autre, des déplacements réguliers entre les deux sites sont à prévoir.

Les déplacements professionnels réalisés avec un véhicule personnel sont pris en charge via des indemnités kilométriques.
