Créé en 2018, PadelShot développe un réseau de clubs de padel partout en France. Après l’ouverture d’un premier centre en 2020, l’entreprise a accéléré son développement ces dernières années et compte aujourd’hui 14 clubs en France.

Plus que de simples infrastructures sportives, les clubs PadelShot sont pensés comme de véritables lieux de vie autour du padel, réunissant terrains indoor, espaces de convivialité, bar-restauration, animations et événements. L’objectif : proposer une expérience accessible à toutes et tous, du loisir à la compétition, dans un environnement où le sport, le partage et la convivialité occupent une place centrale.

Dans un contexte de croissance rapide du réseau, PadelShot continue aujourd’hui de structurer son organisation afin d’accompagner durablement le développement et la performance de ses différents clubs.

Contexte & enjeux du recrutement

Pour accompagner cette nouvelle étape de développement, PadelShot recherche aujourd’hui son ou sa Responsable adjoint·e du Pôle Exploitation.

Aux côtés du Responsable du Pôle Exploitation, tu prendras directement en charge le suivi de certains clubs.

Ton rôle sera d’accompagner les trois managers de centre dans le pilotage de leur activité et de garantir, sur chacun des sites, un haut niveau de performance opérationnelle, économique et humaine.

L’enjeu sera également de poursuivre la structuration du Pôle Exploitation : mettre en place des méthodes communes, faire appliquer les standards du groupe, aider les managers à prioriser et les accompagner dans la progression de leurs clubs.

Un rôle multisites, très proche du terrain, avec une vraie hauteur de vue sur le fonctionnement et la performance des centres.

Les missions

  1. Piloter la performance opérationnelle des clubs
  • Suivre la performance des clubs et accompagner les managers dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs.
  • Piloter les principaux indicateurs de performance et identifier les leviers d’amélioration.
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement des centres et le respect des standards PadelShot.
  • Construire et suivre les plans d’action permettant d’améliorer la rentabilité et la qualité d’exploitation.
  1. Manager et accompagner les responsables de centre
  • Manager directement les responsables des trois clubs et organiser un suivi régulier de leur activité.
  • Les accompagner dans leur organisation, leur gestion des priorités et leur management.
  • Challenger leurs décisions et les aider à résoudre les problématiques opérationnelles rencontrées sur le terrain.
  • Favoriser le partage de bonnes pratiques et la montée en compétence des équipes.
  1. Structurer et harmoniser l’exploitation du réseau
  • Participer à la structuration des méthodes, outils et processus du Pôle Exploitation.
  • Veiller à la bonne application des procédures et standards du groupe.
  • Faire circuler les bonnes pratiques entre les différents clubs.
  • Assurer une coordination fluide entre les enjeux terrain et les équipes du siège.

Le poste est basé en région parisienne, avec la possibilité de travailler régulièrement depuis le club PadelShot de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

Le rôle implique une présence importante sur le terrain, avec en moyenne 2 jours de déplacement par semaine.
