  • Products, pricing & quoting Administer Product, Price Book, Price Book Entry, and Quote/Quote Template configuration to support the quote-to-close process; support CPQ or Revenue Cloud Advanced configuration where in scope.
  • Forecasting & territory management Maintain forecast hierarchy, forecast categories, quotas, and Enterprise Territory Management for accurate pipeline visibility and rep assignment.
  • Lead routing & data quality Configure lead assignment rules, lead conversion mapping, and duplicate/matching rules to keep sales data clean and actionable.
  • Sales productivity & AI tooling Support Sales Engagement (cadences), Einstein Sales features, and emerging Agentforce Sales capabilities as adopted by the team.
  • Case & console management Configure Case objects, record types, and Service Console layouts to support agent workflows.

  • Effort sizing Provide estimation support for upcoming stories, enhancements, and change requests.
  • Production troubleshooting Diagnose root cause and implement fixes or workarounds for production issues, working cross-functionally as needed.
  • Process optimization Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across configuration, automation, and admin processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
