Your Leadership Experience

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies that support organisational objectives, operational performance, and long-term business growth
  • Leading procurement and supply chain teams across complex engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or energy environments
  • Establishing procurement governance, policies, and best practices to ensure effective sourcing and purchasing activities
  • Managing strategic sourcing initiatives, category management, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships that enhance supply chain resilience, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Driving cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining quality, sustainability, and business continuity
