Location: Barcelona, Gloriès Work model: Hybrid, with 1 remote day per week

Context

CarCutter is entering its next stage of growth, and building a highly disciplined, scalable go-to-market operating model is one of our top priorities.

We are looking for a BDR to partner with our 10 sales representatives in the USA and support their prospecting efforts.

Your Responsibilities

  • New Customer Prospecting: Search for and identify potential customers among car dealerships and automakers, and contact them through cold calling.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with accounts managers to secure qualified appointments and meet the company’s sales and revenue targets.

Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at a SaaS company
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Nativ English speaker
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment and adapt to change
  • College or business school degree in marketing or business
  • An interest in the automotive market is a plus
