❗Au sein d’une équipe, votre mission est :

  • Aller au contact des passants pour leur présenter les programmes et actions de GREENPEACE
  • Proposer aux passants de soutenir financièrement GREENPEACE via un don mensuel régulier en prélèvement bancaire automatique.

Parce que la collecte de fonds en face-à-face est un vrai métier, vous suivrez une formation rémunérée de deux jours en présentiel au début de la mission pour devenir Recruteur.se de Donateurs.

⭐️ Rémunération :

  • À partir de 12,31€ brut/heure.
  • Évolution automatique à 13€ brut/h au bout de deux missions. Rémunération jusqu’à 15€ brut/h. Possibilité d’évolution vers des postes de cadre à partir de 16€ brut/heure.

Notre rémunération horaire est fixe, sans aucune part variable (prime ou commission au résultat) pour garantir un travail de qualité pour les associations que nous défendons et du respect des passant·e·s.

⏬ Conditions contractuelles et avantages :

  • CDD de 6 semaines en temps plein (35h/semaine) ou temps partiel (28h/semaine)
  • Horaires de 10h30 à 18h30 du mardi au samedi
  • Ticket restaurant de 12€/jour travaillé (Carte Swile) pris en charge à 60%
  • Forfait transport de 20€ maximum par jour en cas de déplacement et abonnement transport en commun pris en charge à 50%
  • Mutuelle prise en charge jusqu’à 31,25€ par mois

Cause à Effet, c’est l’entreprise leader de la collecte de fonds en face-à-face depuis 16 ans, qui organise près de 250 campagnes en rue, en sites privés, en France métropolitaine et en Outre-Mer pour recruter des donateurs réguliers pour près de 30 ONG et associations de solidarité (AIDES, Médecins sans Frontières, La Croix Rouge Française, Handicap International, IFAW…)
