Vos missions 💼

En tant que Responsable d'Équipe, vous encadrez une équipe de Recruteur·se·s de Donateurs aux couleurs de l'une de nos 31 associations partenaires. Vous collectez vous-même des dons tout en formant et en faisant progresser votre équipe et vous assurez la gestion administrative et logistique de la mission.

Votre quotidien en tant que Responsable d'Équipe de Collecte :

  • Vous trouvez des donateurs et montrez l'exemple sur le terrain
  • Vous formez, motivez et faites progresser vos Recruteur·se·s de Donateurs
  • Vous analysez les chiffres pour comprendre et améliorer les résultats individuels et collectifs
  • Vous gérez les imprévus et maintenez la cohésion de l'équipe dans la durée
  • Vous assurez le bon déroulement administratif et logistique de la mission

Conditions contractuelles 📄

À partir de 16 €/h brut soit 2 963 € brut/mois (dont primes de précarité, congés payés et vacances inclus). La rémunération est fixe parce que la qualité ne se négocie pas au bulletin.

👉 Évolution possible vers le poste de Responsable d'Équipe et Recrutement à 17€/h brut. 💸 Important : une prime supplémentaire de 500€ brut est atteignable sur critères de volume et de qualité.

  • CDD de 5 ou 6 semaines renouvelable, partout en France
  • Horaires : 10h30–18h30 du mardi au samedi (ou lundi au vendredi selon mission)
  • Contrat 39h (35h+4h)
  • Ticket Restaurant 12 €/jour via carte Swile (60% pris en charge)
  • 50% de prise en charge de l'abonnement transport
  • Forfait transport jusqu'à 20€/jour en cas de déplacement back-up
  • Hébergement possible + Indemnité Grand Déplacement de 14 €/jour travaillé
  • Prise en charge des frais de déplacement lieu de résidence → lieu de mission

Cause à Effet est une entreprise spécialisée dans l'organisation de campagnes de collecte de fonds en face à face pour des associations depuis 2009. Nos équipes interviennent partout en France métropolitaine et dans les DROM-COM afin de permettre à plus de 30 organisations partenaires de financer durablement leurs actions.
