I rollen hos oss

Som konsult hos oss arbetar du i uppdrag som spänner över analys, strategi och genomförande. Du blir en del av engagerade team där vi samarbetar nära våra kunder och tar ett gemensamt ansvar för att skapa effekt i verksamheten.

Dina ansvarsområden varierar beroende på uppdragets karaktär, men du bidrar med struktur, analys och framdrift i komplexa utvecklingsinitiativ. Du får stort eget ansvar och möjlighet att påverka både din utveckling och din vardag som konsult.

Oavsett om uppdraget handlar om digital transformation, styrning, organisationsutveckling eller verksamhetsförbättring är målet detsamma: att hjälpa offentlig sektor att utvecklas och skapa större värde för samhället.

Vi ser att du

  • Har minst 2–4 års erfarenhet av managementkonsultation, projektledning eller verksamhetsutveckling
  • Har arbetat med kommuner, regioner eller statliga myndigheter – antingen som konsult eller anställd – inom digitalisering, styrning, organisationsutveckling eller IT-/dataförmåga
  • Är analytisk, strukturerad och en skicklig kommunikatör
  • Drivs av att förstå hur digital transformation kan skapa samhällsnytta
  • Skapar energi och framdrift i projekt och trivs med att samarbeta nära kollegor
  • Har ambition att utvecklas som konsult och ta ansvar för kundrelationer och uppdrag

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av att samarbeta med ledning och beslutsfattare i politiskt styrda organisationer
  • Erfarenhet av förändringsledning eller implementering av digitala lösningar
  • Kompetens inom IT-styrning, informationssäkerhet eller datadrivna arbetssätt
  • Erfarenhet av konsultarbete eller större utvecklingsprojekt
