The posting

Vi söker en byggledare inom husbyggnad till en kommun avseende ny-, till- och ombyggnadsprojekt.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Örebro.

Uppdragets omfattning varierar utifrån kommunens behov.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Uppdraget innebär att arbeta som byggledare inom kommunala husbyggnadsprojekt av varierande storlek. Projekten kan bland annat avse nybyggnation, ombyggnation, tillbyggnad, lokalanpassningar och andra byggnadsrelaterade projekt.

Byggledaren ingår i beställarens organisation och fungerar som stöd gentemot entreprenören under entreprenadtiden. Rollen innebär att inom tilldelat ansvar och befogenhet självständigt företräda beställaren och bidra till att projekten drivs framåt.

Arbetsuppgifter

Utföra byggledning enligt projektens entreprenadhandlingar och tillämpliga regelverk såsom AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, AMA HUS, AF, RA och MER.

Upprätta handlingsplan och resursplan för det egna arbetet samt kontrollera att tidplaner följs.

Leda byggmöten och teknikmöten samt upprätta och distribuera protokoll.

Granska ersättningskrav från projektets aktörer och inom överenskommet mandat godkänna eller avstyrka betalning.

Genomföra kostnadskontroll och kostnadsstyrning samt rapportera upparbetade kostnader, avvikelser, budget och prognoser.

Delta i avstämnings- och redovisningsmöten med beställare och entreprenörer.

Upprätthålla erforderliga myndighetskontakter samt granska relationshandlingar och kvalitetsdokumentation.

Bidra till att byggnationen genomförs så att störningar för allmänheten undviks eller minimeras.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Du ska ha minst 10 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom byggbranschen.

Du ska ha minst 2 års relevant högskole- eller YH-utbildning.

Du ska ha minst 3 års erfarenhet av byggledning inom byggprojekt av liknande karaktär.

Du ska ha erfarenhet från minst tre husbyggnadsprojekt i rollen som byggledare, projektledare, platschef eller motsvarande. Minst två av projekten ska ha haft ett projektvärde över 5 MSEK och minst ett projekt ska ha haft ett projektvärde över 10 MSEK.

Flytande svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande

Erfarenhet av nybyggnation inom husbyggnadsprojekt.

Erfarenhet av ombyggnation och/eller tillbyggnad inom husbyggnadsprojekt.

Erfarenhet av kulturbyggnader.
