Vi söker en erfaren IT-upphandlare till en statlig myndighet för arbete med IT-upphandlingar.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Stockholm.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Uppdraget avser en IT-upphandlare till enheten för Inköp och upphandling. Rollen är tydligt inriktad mot offentlig IT-upphandling och ställer krav på erfarenhet av komplexa IT-system, verksamhetssystem eller digitala tjänster samt förmåga att samordna och kvalitetssäkra kravarbete med flera olika intressenter.

Arbetsuppgifter

Genomföra IT-upphandlingar inom offentlig sektor enligt LOU eller motsvarande upphandlingsregelverk.

Arbeta med upphandling av komplexa IT-system, verksamhetssystem och digitala tjänster.

Ta fram, samordna och kvalitetssäkra upphandlingsunderlag, krav och andra relevanta leveranser.

Samordna och förankra kravarbete med verksamhetsrepresentanter, beställare, IT, informationssäkerhet, dataskydd, arkitektur, juridik och förvaltning.

Kommunicera upphandlingsfrågor tydligt och anpassat till olika intressenter.

Driva sina delar av uppdraget självständigt och strukturerat samt bidra till framdrift enligt överenskommen tidplan.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Du ska ha aktuell erfarenhet av att ha haft en aktiv och central roll i genomförandet av relevanta upphandlingsuppdrag under de senaste 3 åren.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av IT-upphandling inom offentlig sektor enligt LOU eller motsvarande upphandlingsregelverk.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av upphandling av komplexa IT-system, verksamhetssystem eller digitala tjänster. Erfarenheten ska exempelvis ha omfattat flera verksamhetsbehov, flera användargrupper, integrationer, informationssäkerhet, dataskydd, drift, förvaltning eller införande.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av att samordna, kvalitetssäkra eller förankra kravarbete tillsammans med flera berörda roller och funktioner, exempelvis verksamhetsrepresentanter, beställare, IT, informationssäkerhet, dataskydd, arkitektur, juridik eller förvaltning.
